All Jr. High and Sr. High School Students participating in Friend-2-Friend must complete the following in order to receive a yearly service letter signed by all three principals, from Olympus, Olympus Jr., and Evergreen Jr. These letters are important for admission packets to Colleges and Universities, especially to those who require service hours. They will also be helpful to those who participate in other organizations who require yearly service hours.
Complete the following:
20 hours of recorded and signed-off hours. There will be plenty of service opportunities, well over 20 hours.
Attendance at our F2F Leadership conference, held one Saturday morning in either October or November.
Attendance at our F2F Orientation, on Monday, late start day, August 22, 2016, from 6:30-7:30 am at Olympus Jr. in room 315. A light breakfast will be served. It will be very important for you to know the what, how, and when of the program!
F2F kids who have participated this year and those who have recently registered and who can participate in two upcoming service projects will receive service letters for 2015-2016 school year. More information coming, dates however are April 30th in the am hours and May 2, 3, and 4 from 3-6 pm.
Every year F2F will give out an award to F2F Ambassadors who exemplify excellent service and friendship throughout the year. They will be awarded at each school awards assemblies or banquets.
Starting in the year 2017 Seniors who have participated in F2F can apply for a Friendship and Service Scholarship awarded by Friend-2-Friend. Those applications will be in the office at Olympus High School in January 2017.
F2F Ambassadors will be contacted through testing only, unless otherwise indicated, Please remember to respond "yes" or "no"
as to whether you will participate in that service project. We will also need to know if you will need a ride. We will always have carpooling available. If we hear no response, we will assume you aren't interested!
